School Tours Reservation

SCHOOL TOUR RESERVATION GUIDELINES

Thank you for your interest in bringing your students to the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo. We hope your experience with School Tours is educational and fun!

Please read the following guidelines carefully, as some have changed:

• Public School/Districts = Touring (free admission, HS Tour Guide provided);
• Charter, Private, Homeschool, Daycares, etc. = Non Touring (reduced admission fee, tour on your own).
  • Please contact Patti Martin at patti@sarodeo.com.
• Each TEACHER / CLASS is required to fill out a School Tours Reservation Form
• Please ensure to fill in ALL information on the School Tours Reservation Form
• MULTIPLE TEACHERS/CLASSES ON ONE FORM WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. A completed form for each individual teacher is a requirement
• All forms require the school principal’s signature
• Incomplete forms will be returned
• Complimentary tickets will be provided for MAX 2 TEACHERS and all students
• Parents/Chaperones can purchase grounds admission online at a discounted fee and parking on the day of your tour: www.ticketmaster.com/st
• Each class is responsible for their own transportation. We do not provide transportation nor do we reimburse the cost of transportation

LIABILITY RELEASE:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the applicable school district and/or the above-referenced school agrees by acceptance of this invitation to visit and tour the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo free of charge, to release, hold harmless, indemnify and defend San Antonio Livestock Exposition, Inc., Bexar County, Texas, Bexar County Community Arenas Board, Community Arena Management and San Antonio Spurs, LLC, and each of their respective directors, officers, managers, partners, employees, owner agents and assigns from and against any and all losses, costs, expenses, damages, claims or other liabilities arising out of any damages to any property or injury to any person, including, without limitation, students, parents, teachers, employees, and chaperones, occurring in connection with (or allegedly occurring in connection with) this invitation or any party’s attendance at the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo
