2025 RETURNING Retail Vendor Renewal Application
This is a renewal application to request Retail Booth space for the 2025 San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo. For more information

If you are not a Returning Vendor from the 2024 San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo, please fill out the
New Retail Vendor Application
instead.
THIS APPLICATION DOES NOT GUARANTEE A BOOTH SPACE.
Returning Vendor Application Deadline: July 5, 2024*
New Vendor Application Deadline: July 30, 2024*
*Applications received after the deadline will be no longer be considered a renewal application but will be processed as a new vendor application.
Applicants will receive a written response indicating acceptance or refusal by September 15, 2024. Those accepted will receive a formal email invitation, basic rules, and a digital License Agreement via DocuSign.
A signed License Agreement and 25% deposit must be returned by October 15, 2024; all remaining balances must be paid by December 13, 2024. Payments not made by the above dates will result in late fees and/or forfeiture of retail booth space and deposit.
Booth fee is inclusive of electrical (15 Amp Receptacle with 2 Plugs) and basic liability insurance.
