About The Pitmaster Challenge

Join us January 25, 2025 for our Junior Pitmaster Challenge!

Teams of 2-5 people will test their BBQ Cooking skills for a chance to win a scholarship. Teams will be competing in 3 categories: chicken, pork spare ribs, and brisket.

All participants must be enrolled in a high school program for the spring semester of 2024.

About Buckaroo Que

Contestants will test their BBQ skills by cooking their very own Pork Chops to share with the judges. This is a kids cookoff, so all participants will need adult supervision, but the child must be responsible for prepping, seasoning, and cooking their entry.
